I’m Matt Herzog. I work in GTM Engineering at Quorum, building revenue-generating AI agents and applied AI systems for go-to-market teams. I’m based in Tampa, Florida.

Before Quorum, I built AI systems and enterprise software at Zealogics after starting in GTM roles at Salesforce / MuleSoft and memoryBlue. The through line is turning messy revenue workflows into software.

I write about what I’m learning while building with applied AI, math, machine learning, SaaS, distribution, and agentic engineering.
